ASSIMILATOR Staff and Flexibility

Staff Optimization

The biggest expense in almost any organization is staff. Any automation therefore should be focused on the reduction of staff or increasing their capacity. Assimilator tracks all staff interactions with (client) data and it measures the time that your staff requires to do this. The insight in what staff is actually doing and how accurate they are doing it, is what makes Assimilator a self-paying piece of software.

Flexibility

Assimilator adjusts to the process that an organisation wants to follow, rather than that a process needs to be adjusted to suit a systems’ capability. Assimilator implements map an organisations processes and use the Assimilator components to build a process that conforms to the objectives.

Block Chain

Assimilator works on the bases of BLOCK CHAIN principles: actions within your organisation are INTERDEPENDENT. To perform an action in Assimilator all DEPENDENCIES need to be fulfilled before a next action can take place. For example; in order to process an order, the system requires that a call is registered that resulted in a quote. The sent quote, the quote first needs to be uploaded with the order number from the client before a credit controller checks if the documentation is valid and only then a work order is (automatically) generated.

Visibility

An Assimilator project enforces complete visibility within an organisation. It tells people what they have to do, when they have to do it, how they have to do it and what was done. No excuses of missing information, conditional processing, missing documentation, required authorization and so on. For managers there is instant visibility seeing which persons have too much and too little work. Staff comparisons for similar tasks become now a reality.

Process Driven Organisation

Assimilator follows custom designed business process. In an Assimilator environment, one doesn’t ask a book keeper to create an invoice, rather: an invoice is the culmination of a business process which sees a quote, resulting in a singed order which turns into an implemented job card. Assimilator either tells an accountant when to create an invoice or better: Assimilator creates and delivers the invoice.

Operational Balancing

As in accounting, a debit must result in a credit or vice versa. In Assimilator operational accounting is applied. Every action required a counter action or a result. “What goes in, must come out” A 100 quote outcomes are required. A 100 tickets are received? A 100 answers are required. This principle is required for every step of a business process in Assimilator.

Working Queues

In Assimilator every person gets a working queue. Activities in a working queue route to a screen that is optimized for the associated task. Managers have complete visibility how many activities are in a queue and how many activities were completed. A completed activity invariable leads to another activity which can include communication to clients. I.E., a call result of “Not Available” can be configured to send an SMS with “We tried to contact you… form company.” Successful SMS delivery can then reschedule a call
