Quotes
Assimilator makes sure that all rules are adhered to. Only correct product combinations are sold. All (correct) options per product are added. Assimilator allows for multi-nesting of product options. (A product can have options while options have sub-options).
Quotes are typically added in a quote status list, this is a place where agents can see the progress of their quotes, if a quote was approved, if a quote was accepted, if the client passed credit control etc. The Quote status is completely customizable, any relevant status can be added.
Assimilator automated document collection is an Assimilator module where a document request is scheduled against a client. The client receives the document request by E-mail or Message. The request clearly stipulates which documents are required with an explanation of documents and accepted variations. I.E. proof of address can be a Telkom Account, a home loan statement etc.
Clients are automatically reminded about received and outstanding documents, while eventual non or incomplete receipts can be escalated. Collected documents are automatically filed. Assimilator Automatic Document Collection can run stand alone or can work in conjunction with other Assimilator modules or can be integrated into other systems.
